Somatic practices to support regulation, presence, and embodied awareness
Collaborative goal setting that centres your values and capacity
Thoughtful reflection on challenges, setbacks, and limiting beliefs
Education and validation around how patriarchy, capitalism, and white supremacy shape your lived experience
Naming and unpacking invisible labor and emotional caregiving roles
Developing tools to set boundaries, reclaim time, and honour your needs
Support in navigating complex dynamics and communication in co-parenting relationships
Space for grief, anger, joy, and other emotions we’re often taught to suppress
